Early in the morning hours, nearly all people will go to the first thing they find out in the kitchen or dining table, eat it and rush out of the home.

Among the first and easiest things to grab is a quick snack like puff pastries. Although they may make you feel fuller, they are not the best.

These snacks are loaded with yeast which ends up annoying your stomach lining.

1. Yoghurt

Yogurt contains a large amount of lactic acid bacteria which without doubt have a lot of health benefits. That said, the lactic acid gets to be ineffective on an empty stomach thanks to the quantity of acid in your stomach.

This ends up killing the lactic acid bacteria that is found in such milk products and subsequently results in more acidity. So, it is advisable to eat your yogurt as a snack preferably an hour or two after you have eaten a good meal, and in no way on an empty stomach.
